In this Notice the Tenant can also put proposals for new Terms and Conditions in much the same way as the Landlord can in relation to the Landlord’s Section 25 Notice proposing a new Lease. The Notice also requires the Landlord to state if they oppose the request for a new Tenancy and if so upon what grounds.
