What is it?

The Landlord can use this Notice when they do not wish the Tenant to have a new Tenancy after the original Tenancy has come to an end. The Landlord must state grounds upon which the refusal is made, which must be one or more of the following: (a) Tenant's failure to repair and maintain, (b) Delay in paying rent, (c) Tenant's breach of current Tenancy Agreement, (d) Landlord to provide reasonable alternative premises (e) Landlord only let part of premises and now requires all of premises for commercial purposes /value (f) Demolition or reconstruction of the premises, or (g) Landlord requires premises for themselves.
