What is it?

Leases in excess of 7 years need to be registered with the Land Registry. For a fixed fee, we will complete all necessary forms for you and liaise with the Land Registry. Complete the order form on the next page, and we will be in touch to arrange for you to send copies of your lease to us.

This document is available in our premium range for £60.00 including all charges for delivery to the customer.

You can choose to have your documents emailed to you, or sent to you by first class post. We aim to prepare your documents by the end of the next working day, although in practice we normally send your document within hours of receiving payment.
