To view the status of your claim, or to progress to the next stage, you need to enter your order reference number and PIN below: If you don't remember your Order Reference or PIN, please contact us at info@legalhelpers.co.uk, remembering to include your name and Order Reference (if known). Alternatively, if you have not used a Possession Notice provided by Legalhelpers, but still wish to use our Possession Service, you will need to send us a copy of the tenancy agreement(s) and the relevant notice(s) you have served. Please send this to us via our normal contact methods (email, post or fax). Stage Two - Preparing the Court Papers - £200 If the tenant(s) do not leave the property, Legalhelpers can have the Court Papers prepared ready for a possession hearing in the County Court. Usually, matters are dealt with at the first hearing and Legalhelpers can arrange representation as detailed below. Please note there is also a fixed Court Fee payable to the County Court where the claim is issued. This is currently £150. Stage Three - Court Representation - £200 Legalhelpers will ensure you have full legal representation for the first Court hearing. Matters are usually resolved at this hearing and no other hearing is required. However, should there be complications and a further hearing be required, Legalhelpers will ensure this work is undertaken at competitive rates. Stage Four - Forceful Eviction (Should the tenant not leave). - £175 Should the tenant not leave the property, Legalhelpers will arrange for the Court Bailiffs to forcefully remove the tenant(s). | |||
