Ordering:
You can fill in Legalhelpers forms either online or print them, fill them in by hand and return them to our freepost address. Alternatively, we can fax or post you the appropriate forms and helpsheets. Please see our contact page for details.
All personal data transferred online is sent securely over an SSL Connection. For more information, email info@legalhelpers.co.uk.
Payment:
When you have submitted your form to Legalhelpers, you can make payment either online with all major credit and debit cards (Switch, Solo, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Eurocard, JCB, Delta) or alternatively, by cheque or postal order, made payable to Legalhelpers Ltd. Please note that there is no charge for delivery.
Delivery:
All of our documents are carefully packaged and delivered using first class post, and you should expect to receive your document within 3 working days. You may cancel your order by contacting us. You will receive a full refund within 30 days of cancellation.
If you wish to receive your document sooner, you can request for us to send it by email in Microsoft Word format. If you choose this option, you must make payment online at the time of ordering, and you will receive your document by the end of the next working day at the latest.
