What is it?

The Landlord can use this Notice, when the Landlord is willing to grant the Tenant a new Tenancy but wishes to alter some of the terms and conditions. This Notice formally sets out the Landlord's proposals for a new Tenancy, which are then negotiable between the Landlord and the Tenant. If they can be agreed a new Tenancy will simply be created. If they cannot be agreed the parties can ask for the Court to determine and areas in dispute.
