Legalhelpers wishes to make sure that if you belong to a syndicate, in either the Camelot Lotto or the Football Pools, that you get a fair and equal share in any of the winnings.

Under the Lotto game rules, the prize on a winning ticket is payable to one person only. Therefore, without a legally binding syndicate agreement, you may jeopardise your winnings in any syndicate in which you currently participate or envisage forming.

Please select which syndicate agreement you wish to create, and then simply enter the requested details. Once you have done this, we will create your personalised syndicate agreement and send it out by email or First Class Mail.
