What is it?

This document can either be incorporated into the Tenancy Agreement itself (recommended) or created as a separate document. By using this Agreement, you can legally oblige another person (the guarantor) to ensure the tenant complies with the Tenancy Agreement and makes all relevant payments. In default, the landlord can sue the guarantor.
