What is it?

This is a simple Agreement, allowing the landlord to let to the tenant a piece of land for the purposes of storing items on the land such as cars, caravans and scrap etc. It is created for less than seven years and is suitable for a variety of land situations from fields to car parks. It allows the landlord the ability to choose from a list of standard terms and conditions, such as rent, whether the tenant can erect a temporary building or place a mobile home/caravan on the land. It also allows the landlord to opportunity to add to the standard terms and conditions, which will be reviewed by a lawyer to ensure they are legal. If they are they will be incorporated into the Agreement.
