What is it?

This Agreement is for use where the landowner wishes to lease land to the tenant for the primary purpose of grazing animals such as horses, cattle or sheep. It clearly sets out the rights and responsibilities of both parties and is adaptable to covers both commercial and non-commercial situations. It covers all the standard terms and conditions as would be expected between the parties, such as rent, length of the agreement, maintenance of the land and allows for flexibility to incorporate any other terms and conditions which will be checked by a lawyer for you.
