What is it?

This Agreement is for use where the landowner wishes to let land to the tenant for the letting of a piece of land to be used in a traditional allotment situation. This Agreement is only for use in a non-commercial situation and is similar in nature to many of the Allotment Agreements in use by Local Authorities.
