Agricultural Tenancies

• Long Agricultural Lease: £45.00
  This Agreement is for letting of a Farm Business, with or without residential property attached to it for a period in excess of 7 years. The Agreement itself is drawn up under the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995 and in accordance with the 2006 Agricultural Tenancies Order.
• Short Agricultural Lease: £45.00
  This Agreement is for letting of a Farm Business, with or without residential property attached to it for a period in excess of 2 years, but less than 7 years. The Agreement itself is drawn up under the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995 and in accordance with the 2006 Agricultural Tenancies Order.
• Notices to End an Agricultural Lease: £30.00
  Where either party wishes to end a tenancy for a fixed term of more than two years, written notice must be given. At least one year's notice, but less than two years is required. If such notice is not given by either party, the tenancy will continue as a tenancy from year to year until ended by the giving of a notice.
• Grazing Agreement: £30.00
  This Agreement is for use where the landowner wishes to lease land to the tenant for the primary purpose of grazing animals such as horses, cattle or sheep. It clearly sets out the rights and responsibilities of both parties and is adaptable to covers both commercial and non-commercial situations.
• Land Storage Agreement: £30.00
  This is a simple Agreement, allowing the landlord to let to the tenant a piece of land for the purposes of storing items on the land such as cars, caravans and scrap etc.
• Allotment Letting Agreement: £30.00
  This Agreement is for use where the landowner wishes to let land to the tenant for the letting of a piece of land to be used in a traditional allotment situation
